The mission
World-rock band HAIKU is deeply rooted in the
trance-like hypnotic rhythms of West
Africa combined with the drive of alt-rock. Their dance party brings together Tool, Peter Gabriel, and Radiohead to mingle with Ali Farka Touré, Tinariwen, and world music from around the globe.
Haiku channels the near-religious experience of mesmerizing ancient music and fuses it with modern sounds and song-writing.
